Malls SG takes reported, locally useful guest guides. If your piece could have been written about any mall in Asia, it will not run.
What we want
- Cluster guides: a walking or MRT order, not a list of brand names.
- Practical explainers: parking rebates, opening hours, nursing rooms, rainy-day routes, late-night options.
- Food-hall reporting that names queues, price bands and who the room is actually for.
- Heartland pieces that treat neighbourhood centres as first-class retail, not a footnote to Orchard Road.
What we will not run
- Thin "top 10 malls" lists with no hours, MRT or trade-offs.
- Press releases, tenant opening announcements, or AI filler.
- Gambling, adult, crypto, pills or anything we cannot defend.
- Articles whose only job is a do-follow link.
House rules
Length starts at 1,000 words and should earn every heading. British or Singapore English. Cite official mall pages, LTA and primary sources for hours and rates — those change. Photographs must be Creative Commons, public domain, or yours with a release. We edit for voice and may decline without a long explanation.
Commercial links, including paid guest-post placements, are published with rel="sponsored". That is not negotiable. Read the editorial standards before you spend a weekend on a draft.
How to pitch
