    Terms & Conditions

    1. 45th Anniversary Special: Limit to 1st 1,000 redemptions.
    2. Guess the Brands game: Limit to 1st 1,000 redemptions.
    3. *Receipts can only be used ONCE and not valid for multiple promotions.
    4.   Promotion is valid from 8 April to 5 May 2019, unless otherwise stated.
    5. Shopper must be a CAPITASTAR member and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the redemption.
    6.  All redemptions can be made at Plaza Singapura Customer Service Counters at Level 4 on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
    7. Limit to one redemption per shopper per day regardless of total amount spent.
    8.  A maximum of three combined same-day, same-mall receipts can be used for each redemption. Min. $45 spend in a single receipt from participating stores required for additional STAR$®.
    9.  Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase.
    10.  For purchase receipts made after 9pm, shopper can come back within the next day to do redemption, while on stocks last basis.
    11.  Receipts for SingPost transactions, parking coupons, CashCard / stored value cards top-up, membership card, purchase of CapitaVoucher or shops’ vouchers/gift cards, SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions, bill payments, lottery tickets, tickets from pawn shops, money changer, bank, financial services, push carts and atrium road show are not applicable for redemptions.
    12.  Redemption qualifying amount is based on nett purchase after deduction of discounts.
    13. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable.
    14. The management reserves all rights to substitute the gifts/ prizes with another gift/ product/ service of equivalent or higher in value.
    15. Shoppers must be personally present with their original receipt(s) and charged slip(s) for redemption.
    16.  The management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption(s).
    17. Items/Prizes must be taken as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity. The management reserves the right to replace items/ prizes with items of similar value.
    18.
