Dian Xiao Er specialises in roasted herbal ducks that is marinated and roasted masterfully and with great care. Their ducks are of superior quality Cherry Valley ducks and a range of spices are used to flavour the duck meat dishes. 
Dian Xiao Er roasts their ducks that are marinated in healthful blends of herbs and spices over a slow burning charcoal fire, ensuring its rich juices are secured in the meat. Their roasting technique also creates a golden crispy exterior while the meat remains tender and succulent. Dian Xiao Er offers 2 variations of their Signature Herbal Roast Duck, namely with Ten Wonder Herbs and Angelica Herb, each promoting a wealth of nutritional benefits like blood circulation and relieving mental stress. There are other signature dishes like Homemade Wheatgrass Tofu with Seafood, Golden Lotus Roots with Pumpkin as well as Home-cooked Chicken in Chinese Wine to feast on too.
